There are only so many hours in the day, and we all have has finite levels of committment. It's time to re-blaze the trail. I got side-tracked when I started writing the book, Resilience Unlimited, How to Always Find Your Best Path found here on Amazon https://a.co/d/fp9qJK6and and creating Trekk Unlimited LLC. I have unfinished business to attend in my studies.
But, as the Philosopher Martin Heidegger says, and I write so as well, "We are always running ahead." I just met with the Chair of a Department at a local University where we are planning to bring in the training for college students. We're looking at next semester. Resilience Unlimited provides a solution to these current problems in our culture today: 1) Students asking the question, "Who am I?" 2) Languishing, which is the opposite of flourishing. 3) Character Fragility, which means emotionally delicate and hesitant, and 4) The Crisis of Meaninglessness, which is a loss of trust and confidence in purpose and people (it can also be in systems and structures, too) that can lead to suicidal ideations.
I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy with Certifications in Trauma. Psychology is not the answer. I use psychological traning on a daily basis. It's very helpful, but it won't provide unlimited resilience.
Our world needs this training more than ever. Contact me at my email address to start something up: paul@trekkunlimited.com. I'm open to be a key note speaker or guest speaker at your event when my schedule permits. I'd love to talk.
This will be my last Newsletter or Blog post for a while as I need to focus energies in my studies. The blog posts will pause, but Trekk Unlimited is available. To sample some of my materials you can check out previous posts. It's evolved a bit, as we all are. The question is, "How?" Now, it's time to hit the books.
