Steven Denman
Partner-Trainer
Steve Denman Jr. has a distinguished military and civilian government career that combines over 20 years of service and valuable leadership experience.
He began his military career by enlisting in the Army in 2001 as a Military Policeman. During the Global War on Terror (GWOT), he deployed around the world. He has lengthy combat tours to Iraq in 2005 and Afghanistan in 2011. He was medically retired from the Army upon his return from Afghanistan in 2012.
Paul Lynn
Managing Partner-Trainer
Paul’s primary expertise is advising leaders, training resiliency, marriage and trauma therapy, and coaching. His experience comes from decades-long military service as a U.S. Army Chaplain, working in higher education as well as pastoral ministry, and as an executive-level entrepreneur, being the Managing Partner for Trekk Unlimited LLC. He is an adjunct professor teaching pastoral counseling for graduate students in chaplaincy. He is the Minister Care Lead at the PennDel Ministry Network, which supports over 1,100 ministers in Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is a published author.
William J. Owens
Partner-Trainer
Wil Owens is a rare breed of senior leadership from within the military as a former officer for the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, and corporate America. Throughout his 28-year military career and being a civilian manager, he has a proven ability to build productive teams, apply a direct communication style, advise senior leaders and stakeholders, and make recommendations and issue guidance for leader’s plans and programs, as well as building sustainable programs delivering replicable results for the community.
Heidi M. Malarchik
Partner-Trainer
Heidi Malarchik’s leadership experience in military installation management and community administration spans over 35 years. In positions of increasing responsibility, from tactical, operational, and strategic levels, she served these communities, its members, and families with great distinction. Of her many accomplishments, she is most proud of being a loving partner to an Army Veteran and a mother of four children and nine grandchildren.
